How we use personal information
We may use personal information to:
- operate the Store and provide products and services;
- process payments, orders, deliveries, refunds, and subscription renewals;
- provide order, account, shipping, and subscription communications;
- respond to questions, requests, complaints, and privacy inquiries;

Cookies and similar technologies
We and service providers may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the Store functioning, remember preferences, measure performance, understand Store use, prevent fraud, and support advertising. Shopify provides customer-privacy controls that may include cookie preferences and a data-sharing opt-out page depending on the visitor's location and the Store's settings.
Where required, you may be asked for consent before non-essential technologies are used. You can also manage cookies through your browser, although blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Store from working.
How we disclose personal information
We may disclose personal information to service providers and partners that help us operate the Store, including:
- Shopify, which hosts the Store, checkout, customer accounts, and related commerce services;
- payment processors and fraud-prevention providers;
- Bold Commerce and other providers supporting subscriptions and customer-account functionality;
- fulfillment, shipping, delivery, customer-support, and communications providers;
- analytics, advertising, and sales-channel partners, including Google, when those services are enabled;
- professional advisers, insurers, auditors, and legal or regulatory authorities when appropriate; and
- a buyer, successor, or other party involved in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of some or all of our business.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define certain disclosures for targeted advertising as a "sale" or "sharing." Visitors in applicable U.S. states may use the Store's data-sharing opt-out page when available or contact us to exercise applicable rights.
Shopify also processes information about visitors and customers. Learn more through the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary depending on the information and the reason it was collected.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information; to appeal a decision about a privacy request; or to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales, or sharing. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions.
To submit a request, email info@fuelamerica.us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification of their authority.
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message. You may still receive transactional messages about orders, subscriptions, or your account.
Children's privacy
The Store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No security measure or transmission method is completely secure. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, services, technology, or legal obligations. The revised policy will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
