Refund policy

We want every Fuel America order to arrive correctly and in good condition.
Coffee and food products
Because coffee is a food product, coffee purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange because of taste preference, an incorrect grind selected by the customer, or a change of mind. This does not affect your rights when an item arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items
Contact info@fuelamerica.us within 7 days of delivery or the carrier's reported delivery date. Include:
- your order number;
- a description of the problem; and
- photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label when reasonably possible.
After reviewing the request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate. Do not mail a product to a Fuel America café or other address unless we first provide return instructions. In many cases, a physical return of a damaged food product will not be required.
Order cancellations
To request cancellation of a one-time order, email info@fuelamerica.us as soon as possible. Orders are transmitted to fulfillment promptly, so cancellation is not guaranteed after an order has begun processing or shipped. If we successfully cancel an order before fulfillment, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Cancellation of future subscription renewals is covered by the Subscription Cancellation Policy below. Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already renewed or entered fulfillment.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require 5–10 business days to post the refund after it is issued. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the refund results from our error or an item arriving damaged or defective.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
